"We recently went to El Galleon on the Island Dreams group and Ken is such a pleasure to travel with. Always there to make sure everything is just perfect. He lets you have your vacation but checks in with you the whole time. Really relaxed group tour guide with attention to perfection. El Galleon was great! The staff was always available to help with any question. The food was amazing, the French Chef Antoine was always checking to make sure everything was just perfect. If you did not see what you wanted on the buffet they were happy to make what you wanted. The diving was wonderful. The dive guides knew the sites well and, they checked the tide table to make sure the currents were perfect for the dive. They asked you what site you wanted to go to. The boats and crew were great. Nice size so not overcrowded. Our guide was Pete and he was the greatest. The Point Bar was a lot of fun. Massages were great. What can I say just an overall great vacation. El Galleon Resort, Puerto Galera -- Renowned for its peaceful beachfront surroundings El Galleon is on Small Lalaguna Beach, Puerto Galera. Thirty air-conditioned rooms have been carefully integrated into the tropical hillside, all in keeping with the area's natural beauty. Offering stunning views of Sabang Bay and Small Lalaguna Beach, each room is complete with a fully stocked mini-bar, hot & cold water, and hotel amenities. All rooms include both a/c unit and a ceiling fan. Asia Divers -- Located in-house at El Galleon, Asia Divers is the Philippines first PADI/CDC dive center. All dives are guided by experienced Instructors or Divemasters who lead the dive in the water giving you the best of each site, including areas not frequented by other operations. Some of the best diving in Asia, over 30 sites, are all within 15 minutes travel from the resort. There are dives suitable for all experience levels. It adds to diver comfort that the dive boat is generally able to return to dock between most dives. Your El Galleon package includes ten (10) nights of lodging, hotel tax, all meals, and up to four boat dives per day. Please note that there is no shore diving at Puerto Galera.
