 Tubbataha Marine Park is home to some of the world's most beautiful coral reefs. Rising from the volcanic depths of the Sulu Sea in western Philippines, these magnificent atolls encompass an astonishing diversity of marine life. Tubbataha is the Philippines' only marine park and is also a UNESCO World Heritage Site. From manta rays and majestic whale sharks to elusive seahorses and nudibranchs, Tubbataha supports an unparalleled variety of marine creatures. Colorful reef fish crowd corals growing in the shallows, while sharks and other pelagics haunt the drop offs. These prolific, remote reefs may only be accessed via live-aboard boat.

M/V Atlantis Azores is an excellent new option to dive Tubbataha. Serving 16 guests in double cabins with full ensuite facilities, Atlantis Azores brings a new level of quality and service to all Philippines' diving. The prime diving season for Tubbataha is March through June. Basic itinerary:

  • Saturday, May 1, 2010 -- You must arrive Puerto Princesa Airport no later than 2:00 pm. You will be transfered from the airport to the M/V Atlantis Azores.

  • May 1 - 8, 2010 -- Accommodations, meals, beverages, and diving aboard the M/V Atlantis Azores. Tubbataha Reef, in the Sulu Sea, is acknowledged to offer the best coral reef and large animal diving in the Philippines.

  • Saturday, May 8, 2010 -- Disembark in the morning, with morning land transfer back to the airport in time for a flight back to Manila. (Airfare is not included in the basic package price).
